Chelsea Shopping Center

Chelsea Shopping Center was constructed in 1988 (renovated in 2003) and contains 92,444 square feet. Exterior building updates, including brick and roof ladders, were made in early 2016. The site covers 8.79 acres at the southwest quadrant of South Main Street and W. Old US-12. The Property is located in the city of Chelsea, roughly 15 miles west of Ann Arbor, home to the University of Michigan. Chelsea is a quaint vibrant community that has experienced population and income growth over the past decade.
